Thank you pastor Troy! I remember when I was a young christian; I was always asking questions. Once, I was in a disscussion with my youth pastor, (who I respect and love for his vast knowledge), and I ignorantly said something about the hebrew language, not realizing that there is an Old Hebrew, that is different from the modern hebrew. My pastor's responce was to laugh at my lack of knowledge. I never forgot that feeling. But, I know he didn't mean to make me feel stupid. However, I still ask lots of questions, because I have an overwhelming drive to know God. And yes, I still have people laugh at me. But, I believe that God can use those moments to teach us about him and his love for us, in spite of our thoughtless behavior. So, ask questions, and be a whyly. God loves your desire to know him!
